Mechanical wire de-coiler

This wire let off unit has a steel frame and a turning platform to de-coil the wire. It can be used with industry standard wire spools.

Useable with: Laminate Machine, Pin Machine & Duct Connector Machine.

Electrical wire de-coiler

The high speed low tension wire de-coiler can be used with wire spools.
The de-coiler has a sensor to start and stop the de-coiler automatically. Max. capacity: 100 kg with a max. outer diameter of 800 mm.

Useable with: Laminate Machine & Pin Machine.

Metal de-coiler

Motorized de-coiler with variable speed. The de-coiler can hold metal strip rolls with an inner diameter from 250mm up to 500mm, an outer diameter of max. 1200mm and a max. weight of 1000 kg.The de-coiler is equipped with a loop control. An inductive sensor on the floor detects the presence of the strip. It stops the de-coiler just before the strip touches the ground. As soon as the loop goes up again, the spindle restarts de-coiling the strip.

Useable with: Pin Machine, Flexible Ducts And Packing Machine & Semi Flex Machine.
